Samantha Simms is a nurse. She has been on duty and is now back, at her rented flat.
She is wearing a pink dressing gown and is sitting at her dressing table brushing her blond hair then putting on mascara and lipstick. The doorbell rings and she speaks to the caller over the intercom; it’s her landlord Reggie Blashford, he’s come to collect the rent that is overdue.
She invites him up. He tells her off for letting men into her bedroom. Her explanation is mumbled, she’s ashamed of her lounge as it’s a mess.
He tells her she owes him £350 – but she can’t pay it. She promised him telephonically the week before that she’d have the money for him this week.
Now she hasn’t got it and tells him she spent it on food, lights etc. But, she has £20 and offers that to him.
Mr Blashford is not prepared to accept that. He suggests that he could spank her and settle the account that way. She tells him no. It would be much too embarrassing. His response is to tell her he’d have to ask her to vacate the premises then.
He says he’s going to get some satisfaction before he leaves.
There’s a bit of stalemate. She can’t pay him. He’s not leaving until he gets some sort of satisfaction. Eventually she agrees reluctantly, to him spanking her to clear her debt.
He is about to start spanking her, when a cat saunters across the room. Pointing out that animals being kept in his premises is forbidden, so that is even more reason to spank her. Her explanation was that when she moved in to the flat, she didn’t have a cat, but she rescued him when he was lost. He picks up the cat and disposes of it.

We see her reflection in the mirror – she winces every time his hand lands on her bottom. She complains that it is hurting and she can’t go through with it, but, then changes her mind when he reminds her of the alternative.
We see her bottom going pinker and pinker as he continues to spank her.
However, after every three or four spanks, she asks him isn’t that enough? He tells her, he hasn’t even started yet.
Excusing himself, he goes out to his car to collect his bag of implements. While he’s gone she rubs witch hazel into her sore bottom – she mutters about him being a stupid pervert. He returns with a bag. As is revealed, he has various spanking implements that he intends to use on her.
He doesn’t like her knickers, saying they are too baggy, she says she has better ones in her drawer.
She opens her knickers drawer. He notices some very sexy ones and he tells her to go back into the lounge, take off her dressing gown and put them on.
Pleading for some time to tidy up the lounge, she goes off leaving him sitting on the bed in her bedroom.
She makes a half hearted effort at tidying up the lounge, then, she sits on the couch waiting for him to join her.
He comes into the lounge and nods his approval at the more sexy knickers she has put on. His next instruction is to bend forward so he can examine her bottom. He fondles it, telling her she has a beautiful bottom.
He then pulls out a straight backed chair and sits on it, telling her to get over his knee. She does, but protesting all the time.
A hand spanking turns her bottom a deep rosy red. Meanwhile, she wriggles and squirms about over his knee, often putting her hand behind her, in an attempt to protect her bottom.
His next instruction to her is to kneel lengthways on the couch. Her bottom is pushed up as far as possible and she is leaning on her elbows – her tits pointing downwards.

He uses a strap and an assortment of other implements to spank her with.
Once again Mr Blashford leaves her alone when he goes back into the bedroom.
He returns to the lounge carrying some of Samantha’s clothes. She accuses him of rifling through her undies drawer. He admits it that he has been doing just that and found her old school uniform. He insists she puts it on. But, because of her false nails, she has problems buttoning up her school blouse, he has to help her. Tying her school tie into a Windsor knot was totally beyond her and she makes a real mess of it.
Finally, he instructs her to put on her skirt. The zip at the back of the skirt becomes stuck and he has to help her again. He doubts if that skirt was officially her school uniform and she admits it wasn’t.
Now, he is going to treat her like the naughty little school girl she is. He goes from using a strap to a paddle and finally the cane. Her bottom has cane stripes that he tells her will be with her for about a fortnight.
The final scene is when she is again fully dressed and they are sat together on the couch. They exchange first names. She tells him her name is Samantha and he tells her she can call him Reggie.
He then leaves, warning her that should she be unable to pay her rent again, he’s going to have to spank her again.
There is some bonus footage that the spanking enthusiast will probably enjoy. But, each clip is so short – hope you enjoy it.
